Tour Sweeney Water Treatment Plant. All League members are welcome. Space is limited to 25 people. So, to reserve a space, we are asking that you respond to:

Sue Ann Rush at sue_ann_rush@hotmail.com

First come, first serve. If we have a large number of people that we cannot accommodate, we will plan another tour next fall. Registration will be closed May 7, or sooner if we fill up.

IMPORTANT: There will be steps, walking on grille walkways, and walking outside on perhaps uneven ground. So you will need to be reasonably mobile. You must wear flat shoes with closed toes. Non-skid soles are recommended. Names with email addresses will be provided to the Water Authority prior to the tour at their requirement.

We do hope you can join us for this interesting tour of New Hanover's Water Treatment Plant. Specific details and directions will be sent to persons who sign up for the tour. Thank you.
